Starting to pack & an apple pie

Lately, I've been really busy with the new apartment thing so it's been so hard for me to post or even cook/bake. I've been travelling, here & there. I'm not yet completely installed in the apartment so I've eaten at burger king, at the market, or just a Starbucks’ coffee. I think I don’t have much to write about the combos, how they changed coca-cola for pepsi, and how there was no jalapeño for my fries.

But, a friend of my mom asked me to bake for her an apple pie, and I was delighted with the idea, it was the perfect time for me to relax and do what I find most enjoyable: BAKE.

Apple Pie

Hey there everyone, I just remembered this summer... I was so happy with my apple pie recipe, that caught the Pie Fever!! I just felt so crazy about them since the day I tasted the first one that I couldn't stop baking them!! Really! I made 4 in a week! And the thing that made me keep on baking was that whoever tried a piece of it wanted more and it was left nothing by the end of the day!! I felt so proud of doing it for the first time and that it ended soooo well! :)
I leave you a picture that I took to a little pie I made when it was still in the oven, then it went through the editing area and ended up smiling! It was my happy pie! I'm like a happy-proud-pie-mommy!
