The jello affair

I know i've been abscent from the blog for a good time, but lately i've been busy with all the college stuff because i'm about to finish high school and deciding where to continue studying is a great decision, but... this is not the posts' point!
This post will be about the recent jello recipe I tæsted (that's for tasted and tested!)

I was excited about the idea of a creamy-foamy-spongy jello, i have tasted it before but i had never tried to do it and i wasn't sure that it would end up being this recipe the One!

Ice cream jello

This is very easy recipe, and also it sets very quickly

Here is how you can do it!

Ice cream Jello

You´ll need:

4 cups of boiling water

half of a container of vanilla ice cream (half of 1.5 quarts)

2 large packages of jello, any flavor you want

1 packet of unflavored gelatin

First you have to mix together the boiling water with the gelatin and the jello. When the jello is completely dissolved pour in the ice cream and dissolve. When it is completely melted pour into individual molds, or into a glass dish. Let it set, if you want you can refrigerate.

Cut and serve!

This was kind of a messy try, because I was in a rush and used the glass dish as bowl to mix everything!! :O But I hope you like this recipe, it´s flavor and try it soon, leave your opinion in the comments below! and if you try it let me know how it all went!
